The last thing Cammie Morgan remembers is leaving the Gallagher Academy to protect her friends and family from the Circle of Cavan--an ancient terrorist organization that has been hunting her for over a year. But when Cammie wakes up in an alpine convent and discovers months have passed, she must face the fact that her memory is now a black hole. The only traces left of Cammie’s summer vacation are the bruises on her body and the dirt under her nails, and all she wants is to go home.

Once she returns to school, however, Cammie realizes that even the Gallagher Academy now holds more questions than answers. Cammie, her friends, and mysterious spy-guy Zach must face their most difficult challenge yet as they travel to the other side of the world, hoping to piece together the clues that Cammie left behind. It’s a race against time. The Circle is hot on their trail and willing stop at nothing to prevent Cammie from remembering what she did last summer.

My Review:
I had high hopes for Out of Sight, Out of Time when I began reading, and I wasn't let down.  Ally Carter provided yet another great Gallagher Girls book that I will never forget.

At the end of Only the Good Spy Young, we learn that Cammie has taken off to save her friends even though she knows they will be furious with her for leaving them behind.  Now, months later, Cammie wakes up not remember anything that happened, or what day it is.  After her mom has found her in the snow covered mountains, she returns safely back to the Gallagher Academy.  But what her mom tells her to do, isn't what she has in mind.

I've read a few reviews that have stated that the reader didn't enjoy this book as much as the first four and I agree with them, to an extent.  Out of Sight, Out of Time was lacking in action.  Cammie is trying to regain her memory, but all she does is hop from continent to continent until she can piece together what she has done.  I'm not saying this is a bad thing.  It is one of the best aspects of the book because she finally gets answers to the questions she has had throughout the series, but now new questions emerge.  If you ask me what I loved most about this book, it was the ending.  Not only was I confused when it came, but I was also shocked when I came out of said confusion.  The ending was fan-freaking-tastic.

I highly highly highly (yes 3 of them) recommend this book if you have read the first four!  Do not be deceived by people saying it was a let down.  You need to judge for yourself.

When Cammie Morgan enrolled at the Gallagher Academy, she knew she was preparing for the dangerous life of a spy. What she didn’t know was that the serious, real-life danger would start during her junior year of high school. But that’s exactly what happened two months ago when Cammie faced off against an ancient terrorist organization dead set on kidnapping her.

Now the danger follows her everywhere, and even Cammie “The Chameleon” can’t hide. When a terrifying encounter in London reveals that one of her most-trusted allies is actually a rogue double-agent, Cammie no longer knows if she can trust her classmates, her teachers—or even her own heart.

In this fourth installment of the New York Times best-selling series, the Gallagher Girls must hack, spy, steal, and lie their way to the truth.as they go searching for answers, recognizing that the key to Cammie’s future may lie deep in the past.

My Review:
Ally Carter never ceases to amaze me.  Her books are action packed and never boring.  This is a great fourth installment to the Gallagher Girls series and I look forward to reading book five next week!

Now we know Macey was never the target.  Cammie is on lock-down at Gallagher Academy, but it's not like she has any secret passage to exit through, or does she?  Not only are her professors beginning to tell her about the Circle, but she soon finds that one of the most trusted people she knows is in it.  And the boy, Zach, what does he have to do with all of this?  I guess you will have to read to find out.

I loved this book.  Because Mr. Solomon is gone, the girls have a very inept Covert Operations professor this semester.  He can't even get into Sublevel 2!  So, the operatives decide to do some reconnaissance of their own.  What they find could change Cammie's view of Zach, the boy we all know she loves but won't allow herself to trust, and help her understand what really happened to her dad so many moons ago.

I highly recommend reading the entire Gallagher Girls series.  Some parts may be slow at times, but the story isn't over yet and I don't think I will ever get tired of these spies.  Let's just hope no one gets hurt....

When Cammie "The Chameleon" Morgan visits her roommate Macey in Boston, she thinks she's in for an exciting end to her summer break. After all, she's there to watch Macey's father accept the nomination for vice president of the United States. But when you go to the world's best school (for spies), "exciting" and "deadly" are never far apart. Cammie and Macey soon find themselves trapped in a kidnappers' plot, with only their espionage skills to save them.

As her junior year begins, Cammie can't shake the memory of what happened in Boston, and even the Gallagher Academy for Exceptional Young Women doesn't feel like the safe haven it once did. Shocking secrets and old flames seem to lurk around every one of the mansion's corners as Cammie and her friends struggle to answer the questions, Who is after Macey? And how can the Gallagher Girls keep her safe?

Soon Cammie is joining Bex and Liz as Macey's private security team on the campaign trail. The girls must use their spy training at every turn as the stakes are raised, and Cammie gets closer and closer to the shocking truth.

My Review:
This is a great addition to the Gallagher Girl series by Ally Carter. The main focus is no longer on Cammie, but we are still told a great story through her eyes.

It's all about Macey. Who is she really? It has only been one year since she started at the Gallagher Academy for Exceptional Young Women and she is already a brilliant spy. We finally get to know Macey. She isn't just the boy decoding, rich girl. She can switch back and forth between the new spy Macey and the old snippy Macey in a blink of an eye. She is truly exceptional. So, is that why people are after her?  You will have to read to find out....

The big question everyone is probably asking is, "Does Zach make an appearance?" I'll get to that, but isn't he so swoon worthy? I sure think so. I mean, who didn't think it was cute when he pointed to himself and said, "Spy," every time Cammie asked him a question about how he knew something.  But, the answer is he is often mentioned by Cammie. She thinks he is following her, or at least hiding around every corner out of sight.

This was a great book! I don't think I will ever get tired of these spies. Let's just hope no one gets hurt....

Oh, before I finish this review, I want to share my favorite line from this book. You ready for it? Here it is...."And that's how a chameleon was saved by a peacock."

Cammie Morgan is back, and it's clear that her life hasn't calmed down since the events of I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You. At first, giddy anticipation is in the air. Gallagher Academy, Cammie's elite spy school, is hosting a visit from a covert training center for boys. Soon after the boys' arrival, though, everything goes dangerously awry when a series of security breaches are discovered at the academy. Worse yet, teenage agent-in-training Cammie is being blamed for the penetration. With the school's top-secret status at risk, the Gallagher Girls have to work quickly to save their beloved school.

My Review:
Ally Carter has taken the spy world and used it to create another beautifully crafted book. I was hooked by just the summary and read this book quickly.

Cammie, Bex, Liz, and Macey are back and determined to get through another semester at the Gallagher Academy. Cammie just had a debriefing with the CIA about her escapades from the previous semester and not only did she have to give Josh up, she is not allowed to see or speak to him again. All of her secret hideaways and passages are blocked and she is under more scrutiny then ever before.  Now the girls have to live with boys. They always thought there was a spy school for boys, now they know for sure. New characters are introduced in this book, like Zach, but I don't want to give anything away!

This book was better than I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You by a long shot. Yes, we no longer have Josh & Cammie's relationship to look forward to, but now the girls have a huge distraction, boys. The question is can they still pass all their classes and act when called on for a mission.

I loved this book. Cammie still needs help from her friends to crack a new code, living with and trusting boys. I remember when I was working on that code. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has read I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You and wants to read more about Cammie's spy life.

Cammie Morgan is a student at the Gallagher Academy for Exceptional Young Women, a fairly typical all-girls school-that is, if every school taught advanced martial arts in PE and the latest in chemical warfare in science, and students received extra credit for breaking CIA codes in computer class. The Gallagher Academy might claim to be a school for geniuses but it's really a school for spies. Even though Cammie is fluent in fourteen languages and capable of killing a man in seven different ways, she has no idea what to do when she meets an ordinary boy who thinks she's an ordinary girl. Sure, she can tap his phone, hack into his computer, or track him through town with the skill of a real "pavement artist"-but can she maneuver a relationship with someone who can never know the truth about her?

Cammie Morgan may be an elite spy-in-training, but in her sophomore year, she's on her most dangerous mission-falling in love.

Review:
I was in love with this book from page one. Ally Carter provides the reader with a witty, well written take on teenage spies.

As Cammie and her friends begin their sophomore year at The Gallagher Academy of Exceptional Young Women, they are required to take Into to Covert Operations. While professors suggest taking part in out-of-class learning experiences for extra credit, Cammie takes on her own Covert Operation with the help of her two best friends.

Meet Cameron Morgan, AKA Cammie the Chameleon.  She is a CIA legacy and daughter of the headmistress.  Cammie is a pavement artist who is used to never being seen until she catches the eye of one boy.  Next, we have Rebecca (Bex) Baxter.  She is extremely stubborn, finds rules to be optional, and is the only non-US citizen to ever be admitted to The Gallagher Academy. Then we have Elizabeth (Liz) Sutton. Liz is the epitome of genius. She holds the highest score ever on the nationwide 3rd grade achievement test, needs to say in labs with computers because she does better with research, and she loves extra credit. Finally, Macey McHenry, the daughter of Senator McHenry. She has been kicked out of a lot of prep schools and The Gallagher Academy is her last resort. Cammie, Bex, and Liz learn to get along with Macey when it comes to clothes and boys.

The thing I loved most throughout this book was Cammie's way of throwing in comments about what the Gallagher Girls created, like Velcro. She provided background information about the school and her friends from page one providing a very believable community of people.

Overall, this is one of my favorite book series to this day. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to read a really good book about spies.
